We had patched our old roof numerous times, and knew we needed a new roof. We were amazed at the meticulous work that Steve and his crew accomplished around our back porch to prevent leakage. Furthermore, the wood under the shingles was carefully inspected for dry rot, and replaced as needed. Your company even took the time to educate us on shingle options.

The expense of replacing a roof can be overwhelming. We felt that Roofing & Company gave us a fair quote, and even stuck to the estimate. The price, along with the quality of work, made us feel like we got the most for our money.

As a result of a skylight leak that a previous roofer had installed, I contacted Steven Lucas, owner of Roofing & Company, to repair the leak. During the course of the repair, Steven noticed that the shingles, which at the time were less than 2 years old, had “bubbles” in their surface. He recommended I contact the shingle manufacturer to determine if they were defective, and if so, were covered under the Shingle vendor’s warranty. I did so, and was pleasantly surprised to learn they were covered; the shingle manufacturer paid both labor and material costs for the roof replacement.I solicited bids for the replacement, and awarded the job to Steven's company after evaluating 4 bids that were received. Steven gave me recommendations as to shingle vendor, replaced all skylights, and started work on the day he had committed to in his bid.

The job was performed on time, and all of the workmanship was very high quality by my observation. The roof was installed 1 ½ years ago, and there have been no issues with it since its completion.I would hire Steven's company again, and feel confident in recommending him to future clients.
